The first-year goal is to reach seventy percent self-sufficiency through resident and guest contributions, with full sustainability projected in year two.

All designated Den funds are used exclusively for housing, curriculum, and program expenses.
Finances are reviewed quarterly by board-level oversight. Annual summaries are available to partners.
