SPIRITUAL OVERSIGHT
The Den is led by the Den Leader, who lives within the daily rhythm of prayer, study, discipline, and shared life.
The Den Leader serves under pastoral oversight and elder accountability. This structure ensures alignment with Scripture and faithfulness to historic Christian discipleship.
Spiritual authority is exercised through humility, correction, and shared discernment.

FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP

• Quarterly board-level financial review
• Restricted use of designated funds
• Ten percent operational reserve maintained
All funds designated to The Den support housing, curriculum, leadership development, and operational needs.

RESIDENT AGREEMENT
Residents enter into a structured covenant outlining expectations for:
• Participation in daily rhythm
• Shared household responsibility
• Accountability
• Respectful conduct
• Confidentiality

The Den operates within local residential regulations and maintains appropriate liability coverage.
